ACFHP Featured in the ASMFC 2015 Annual Issue of the Habitat Hotline Atlantic

The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) has released its 2015 Annual Issue of the Habitat Hotline Atlantic! This edition focuses on the impacts of energy development on fish habitat, and includes articles from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Dr. Aaron Rice of Cornell University on the importance of sound to fish communities and their habitat, Mary Conley from The Nature Conservancy on the South Atlantic Bight Marine Assessment, and Robert VanDolah and Penny Howell on the ASMFC Habitat Committee’s recent paper on habitat bottlenecks. An update on the Atlantic Coastal Fish Habitat Partnership, summarizing major 2015 accomplishments, is also featured.
